About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure the group's software developments comply with specific regulations (AI Act alignment, international deployment of LLMs, etc.)
- Assist in monitoring GDPR compliance
- Participate in creating training materials and their deployment
- Draft legal memoranda
- Draft contracts
- Take part in contract review and in the analysis of public and private tenders
- Contribute to the analysis and drafting of contractual arrangements
- Conduct legal and regulatory watch
- Contribute to the development of the legal intranet
- Manage the contract lifecycle: preparation of claims, amendments, settlement agreements, etc.
Requirements
- You are completing a Master II or higher in Digital Law, Business Law, Contract Law, EFB/CRFPA (French bar training) or DJCE
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Intellectual curiosity

- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Ability to synthesize information

- Proficiency in legal English
