Partnering with HR COEs to bring their expertise to help solve business challenges or accelerate opportunities whilst also delivering cyclical HR programs, such as performance, growth, pulse surveys and reward reviews.
Collaborating with the broader People Partnering and People team to leverage the collective expertise to shape Canva wide opportunities and share the opportunities to learn from each other in how to drive operational excellence.
