Director of Growth

Role Overview

• Own and lead customer acquisition and performance marketing strategy
• Drive profitable growth through optimization of various performance metrics
• Develop channel-level forecasting models and performance reporting
• Partner closely to align campaigns with product launches and commercial priorities
• Shape the digital growth strategy as part of transformation initiatives
• Identify and evaluate emerging acquisition opportunities
• Utilize measurement frameworks to evaluate channel effectiveness
• Lead and manage external agencies and strategic marketing partners
• Serve as a trusted marketing partner across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital commerce roles
• Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate programs
• Experience managing multi-million dollar digital media budgets
• Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, forecasting, and customer economics
• Experience with or managing external agencies and marketing technology partners
• Familiarity with marketplaces, retail media, social commerce, and emerging digital growth channels
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation strongly preferred
