About this role
Role Overview
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Engineers
- Partner closely with Sales Managers for new customer opportunities
- Support customer engagements across Cohesity’s Data Cloud portfolio
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and deal support
- Ensure consistent delivery of product demonstrations and technical workshops
- Identify technical challenges during pre-sales and early customer engagements
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to Sales Engineers
Requirements
- Experience supporting SLED environments
- Experience partnering with Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure teams
- Prior experience managing or mentoring Sales Engineers
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise data protection and recovery technologies
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop technical talent
- Working knowledge of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
