Recruiting (interview to onboarding): coordinate scheduling, prepare interviewers and candidates, manage feedback and offers, and ensure a structured handover into onboarding
DEI initiatives: support the design and rollout of initiatives that drive inclusive hiring standards, bias-aware processes, and ERG activities; maintain a measurable plan and track outcomes
Company surveys: set up and quality-check engagement and pulse surveys, analyze results, and translate findings into clear recommendations
Employee engagement: assist with programs, events, and communications that strengthen belonging and recognition across the organization
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
or with a strong general interest in people and organizations
German and English at B2+ level, spoken and written
Initial HR experience through internships or working-student roles is a plus
Good MS Office skills
Genuine interest in learning, creating, and applying new ideas and concepts in practice
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and an open, approachable personality
Motivated to independently drive and deliver initiatives and projects in a goal-oriented and reliable manner
Ideally available as a working student for 12 months, or as a full-time intern for 6 months
