Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
Experience with or strong curiosity about AI tools for creative production
Strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and brand systems
Ability to execute quickly and deliver under tight deadlines
Nice to Have: Experience producing short-form ads, social videos, or performance creatives; Exposure to performance-driven design or high-growth startup environments; Basic sound design or simple VFX skills; Familiarity with templates, libraries, and scalable brand systems
