Plan and oversee multiple customer projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
Designate project resources and monitor progress while keeping stakeholders updated.
Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy and progress.
Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of project execution.
Requirements
5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization
Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources
Experience handling escalations at all levels
A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
Willing to work during US Eastern time every day.
