- Support advice growth through field presentation opportunities
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience working in a broker/dealer
- Deep expertise of financial advice
- Experience participating in advisor and field leader meetings
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate advisors, field leaders and field staff
- Ability to identify data trends and articulate solutions
- Executive presence with ability to deliver meaningful messages
- Active Series 7 & Series 66
- CFP Designation (preferred)
- Sales experience and coaching skills (preferred)
