Collaborating with program or business unit leadership in shaping the strategic direction of the program and managing customer relationships
Serving as the primary decision maker for the program at the discretion of leadership
Managing team members in support of delivery success
Employing structured project management/process methodologies to meet scope, schedule and budget requirements
Leading through direct reports, effectively communicating and executing against program and organizational objectives
Managing planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement
Developing and maintaining regular status reporting

Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience
Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education
4 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
Prior government or government contracting experience is strongly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification strongly preferred
Agile certification is strongly preferred (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AgilePM Foundation, ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, etc.)
