About this role
Role Overview
- Implement CRM campaigns
- Create, schedule and deploy email and SMS campaigns according to the marketing plan
- Manage campaigns via MailChimp and support the transition to Emarsys
- Manage internal email campaigns via Sarbacane
- Create and optimize customer segmentations using Power BI
- Run A/B tests and analyze performance
- Produce campaign reports
- Analyze results and recommend optimizations
- Contribute to measuring CRM campaign ROI
- Support continuous improvement of CRM performance and data quality
- Help upskill team members in CRM best practices
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective coordination
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience minimum in CRM and marketing automation
- Experience in a services environment; experience in healthcare is a plus
- Proficiency with one or more CRM/marketing automation tools: MailChimp, Emarsys, Sarbacane or equivalent
- Experience working on segmentation, personalization and deliverability challenges
- Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data analysis
