Own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) within Braze.
Act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows that drive conversion and retention.
Own the reporting suite for CRM performance. You will move beyond open rates to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels (e.g., Push, SMS)
Innovate in the AI and Automation space to create applications and solutions for the team and the market
Requirements
Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share
Affinity and interest to try new technologies
Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript
