Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the banking or financial technology sector
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
Experience in managing dependencies and vendor relationships
Familiarity with ticketing systems and cross-team collaboration processes
Ability to thrive in environments with uncertainty and ambiguity
Technical expertise is highly desirable
