Role Overview
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to conduct high-quality ABA therapy
- Experience with individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Must engage parents in therapy with monthly training
