The Associate Area Business Analyst will collaborate with field sales leaders and cross-functional partners to analyze data and drive business decisions, improving commercial performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with field sales leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision making
- Analyzing sales, market, pipeline, territory, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and risks
- Translating complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights that drive decisions
- Supporting core business rhythms such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and territory planning
- Collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and centralized Analytics teams
- Challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes through data driven recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales or Market Analysis, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a similar commercial role
- Experience working with sales teams or field leadership and the ability to build strong, credible relationships
- Strong problem structuring, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM data such as Salesforce, and experience using Power BI, AI tools, or basic SQL to enhance analysis and insight delivery
