Serve as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational integrator across the Infrastructure organization
Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across various platforms
Own and coordinate the end-to-end Infrastructure roadmap
Develop executive presentations and reporting, providing status, risks, and mitigation updates
Oversee cross-functional programs and manage risks, dependencies, and execution alignment
Coordinate events, staff meetings, and leadership forums
Manage vendor and contract relationships across Infrastructure
Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities

5+ years managing large projects and/or small to medium programs (typically $4M-$10M)
Strong ability to promote, champion change; start with ‘yes’
Innovative leader with the ability to question status quo, influence change and provide forward thinking
Expertly operate with ambiguity and limited information
Strong soft skills and judgement; understands that leadership and people skills are critical success factors
Strong Project/Program Management Financial Acumen ability
Ability to communicate the need for change, its purpose, and its expected impact to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to be disciplined and flexible at the same time
Comfortable under pressure with the ability to manage to tight deadlines while maintaining quality and managing to an acceptable level of risk
Leading understanding of project management principles
