Lead operational onboarding workstreams across UK Transfer Agency Operations for new and existing clients
Drive delivery across people, process, systems, controls and data workstreams within an agile delivery environment
Design and implement scalable operational processes, procedures, governance frameworks and MI/KPI reporting
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance and external vendors
Manage operational readiness, cutover activities and transition into BAU operations
Oversee process mapping, operating model enhancements and control improvements across Transfer Agency functions
Support testing activity, defect resolution and implementation governance throughout onboarding lifecycle
Manage RAID logs, dependencies, risks and escalation points across multiple concurrent onboarding projects
Provide senior stakeholder updates and operational reporting to programme leadership
Support and mentor operational teams throughout delivery and implementation phases
Requirements
4-5 years work experience
Extensive experience within Transfer Agency Operations in asset servicing, custody, fund administration or investment banking environments
Proven experience operating at Senior Vice President, Head of Operations or equivalent senior leadership level
Strong operational change, implementation, onboarding or transformation experience within financial services
Deep understanding of Investment Operations processes including reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, client onboarding and operational controls
Strong stakeholder management experience across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Compliance teams
Strong understanding of FCA regulated environments and operational risk/control frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
