Role Overview
- Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of management protocols
- Partner with General Managers and Branch Managers to drive inventory optimization
- Collaborate with vendors to align strategies for profitability
- Work closely with the pricing team to enhance profitability
- Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives
- Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 5+ years management / leadership experience
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is recommended
- Ability to adapt and change processes
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Must be process oriented with good judgment
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft O365 applications
