Monitor and set standards for the installation quality of Smart Meter components.
Build and actively lead a cross-site installer community.
Create technical training materials and information resources for installers.
Evaluate new components and installation procedures for rollout.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Completed degree (e.g., industrial engineering, energy engineering, or business administration with a strong technical focus) or equivalent technical training with appropriate further qualification.
Several years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in metering operations (gMSB/wMSB), Smart Meter rollout, or electrical installation.
Knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements (BSI, MsbG, SiLKe).
Experience with analytical and structured working methods and modern project-management tools/applications.
Proficient communication in German and English.
