About this role
Role Overview
Partner with business units and leadership to assess, understand, and act on short
and long-term learning needs across the organization
Design, coordinate, and deliver global learning and development initiatives (internal and external)
Identify and source high-quality external training providers, managing RFP processes in collaboration with procurement
Oversee end-to-end training logistics, including vendor management, contracting, and quality assurance
Develop and maintain engaging learning materials (digital and in-person formats)
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously improve impact
Contribute to the development of L&D-related policies, processes, and best practices
Requirements
University degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, preferably in an international or mission-driven environment
Proven ability to assess learning needs and translate them into actionable development solutions
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style
High level of service orientation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with external vendors and training providers.
