About this role

Outbound Student Outreach Contact students and graduates who are currently in loan default to discuss account status and next steps.
Payment Recovery Calls Make phone calls to encourage and guide borrowers toward resuming payments or entering approved repayment arrangements.
Account Coordination Work closely with the default processing team to manage, update, and track student loan accounts.

Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
Proven Experience with Education / Student Loan Services
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL)
Knowledge of using AirCall (Power Dialer)
Proactive & confident with keen attention to details
Able to work on a graveyard shift
