Role Overview
- Support the firm’s global marketing initiatives
- Manage thought leadership process, working with investigations staff
- Draft internal and external communications promoting key achievements
- Manage social media, including content creation and website maintenance
- Assist in delivering AI and SEO optimization goals
- Support concept design and creation of visual elements
- Maintain client databases and support e-marketing campaigns
- Assist in onboarding new hires and managing external relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail, including in written communication and visual presentations
- Stellar time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with Salesforce, InDesign, MailChimp a plus
- Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
