About this role
Role Overview
- You are the central point of contact between internal departments and clients
- Build trusting relationships and maintain them through active relationship management
- Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees
- Guide new and existing clients through all order processes
- Proactively communicate new benefits and developments
- Actively shape the benefits portfolio — including innovative bonus models
- Provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programs
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems to achieve sustainable employee retention
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits (preferred)
- Strong service orientation
- Empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial/financial topics
- Fluent in German and English (business/professional proficiency)
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
