About this role

Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market
Advise landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing concepts
Manage and support partners via phone, written communication and virtual meetings
Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing
Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes

Professional experience in the German real estate sector (e.g., as a broker/agent, in property management, or similar roles)
Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively — including to diverse audiences
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Independent, structured and responsible working style
Excellent German language skills
Communicative, charismatic personality
