Develop and structure the project's physical schedule;
Produce reports on the project's physical progress to support the Project Manager, including milestones to be achieved in the short, medium, and long term;
Participate in meetings and workshops to define and monitor the physical schedule, using the designated planning and control tool;
Apply the company's existing scheduling and risk management standards;
Participate in workshops for qualitative risk analysis and quantitative schedule and cost analysis;
Produce probabilistic outcomes for milestone achievement based on quantitative schedule and cost analysis;
Use the corporate system to register risks and response plans;
Follow up with owners of identified risks and with those responsible for action plans registered in the corporate system, including analysis, control, engagement with stakeholders, management of open issues and backlog remediation plans, regularly reporting to the Project Manager;
And other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis.
Basic knowledge of Primavera P6.
Logical and analytical skills.
Proactivity and strong problem-solving ability.
Advanced or fluent English.
Negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external).
Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
4 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of these services.
