At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Strong understanding of buyer personas, go-to-market strategies, and positioning
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in German and English
Experience conducting customer and market analyses
Proficiency in creating sales materials, messaging frameworks, and battle cards
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for digital accessibility and impact-driven work
