Create and maintain dashboards with operational and financial KPIs, generating insights and action plans to support decision-making and drive results.
Map end-to-end processes, conducting analyses and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on automations that optimize critical steps.
Implement and monitor operational solutions, ensuring control, oversight and management of results.
Lead strategic projects for the area, acting as the focal point and promoting alignment, negotiation and resolution of frictions with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
Experience analyzing and combining large volumes of data.
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with process mapping and design.
Experience with fraud prevention and/or credit and/or collections workflows.
