Role Overview
- Ensure the stability of the IT infrastructure.
- Participate in executing tests of IT contingency plans.
- Support internal teams with infrastructure-related questions and tasks.
Requirements
- Administer the client's technology environments.
- Administer and maintain hardware subsystems.
- Handle ITSM Change Management tickets.
- Assist project teams with IT project implementations.
- Provide guidance to infrastructure teams of contracted providers.
- Create infrastructure-related documentation.
