Build and operate AI agents that automate high-value workflows across GTM and internal teams
Partner directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities and turn them into production-ready solutions
Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs, RAG systems, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise tools
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agents in production
Experiment with new AI technologies and frameworks to improve productivity and automation capabilities
Collaborate closely with FlowX.AI’s Engineering and AI teams to leverage and extend our platform capabilities

Experience building production-grade AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, APIs, vector databases, and modern AI tooling
Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions
Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship independently
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, MCP, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with sales and customer success workflows (MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, Gap Selling)
Experience building internal productivity or GTM-focused automations
