Develop and execute performance and CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and implement communication and growth initiatives to strengthen brands and expand the customer base.
Operate and optimize martech tools, including campaign sends and CRM, with a focus on INSIDER.
Build and analyze performance dashboards and reports to ensure data-driven decision making.
Support the structuring and organization of multiple work streams, ensuring efficiency in managing simultaneous demands.
Create executive materials and strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Act with autonomy and initiative to identify and resolve strategic challenges.
Develop and enhance client and project management processes to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to optimize growth strategies.
Establish and monitor performance metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Develop leadership skills toward a future managerial role, including people management.
Ensure clarity in internal and external communication, facilitating information exchange and the execution of initiatives.

Experience with CRM platforms and campaign-sending tools (INSIDER is a plus).
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, advanced Excel, custom dashboards, and Databricks.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
