Develop and manage sales activities within an assigned area
Provide field-based leadership to Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers
Drive performance through strategic leadership, talent development, coaching, and operational oversight
Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team
Create and drive area strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
Monitor data analytics information continuously
Drive regional plan for Pharmaceutical Field team
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access regularly

7+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
Demonstrated track record of successful pharmaceutical sales leadership, including achievement of sales objectives and team development
Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team
A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Product launch experience
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technologies
Experience in fibromyalgia, rheumatology, neurology or pain management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
