Prepare pricing studies for new launches and projects in inventory;
Conduct real estate market analyses, evaluating supply, demand, sales velocity, inventory and price behavior;
Map and monitor competing developments, identifying positioning, unit types, product differentiators, commercial campaigns and price movements;
Develop regional analyses and market diagnostics to support the company's strategic decisions;
Build pricing and commercial positioning recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data;
Track sales performance indicators and price adherence of developments;
Support studies for land acquisition and feasibility of new projects;
Assist in structuring executive presentations and analytical materials for internal forums and decision-making;
Collaborate with areas such as Development, Sales/Commercial, Product, Planning and Executive Management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Architecture, Marketing or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with data analysis, market intelligence and, in particular, pricing;
Experience in the real estate market is a plus;
Nice to have: knowledge of Power BI, SQL, analytical tools and artificial intelligence (AI).
