Develop projects for acquiring new business, from mass studies to support initial negotiations through to the investment committee stage, ensuring compliance with standards and aiming to deliver the best technical solution, providing a quality product within established deadlines;
Perform mass studies: create massing studies with unit estimates based on site analysis to identify risks, parameters, and site density, contributing to land negotiations for the prospecting team;
Work on Schematic Design: prepare feasibility studies (project proposals) for land acquisition in coordination with the manager, based on legal assumptions, ensuring maximum allowable density and the best technical solution;
Handle technical feasibility of projects: perform technical analyses of projects with suppliers (installation designers), ensuring technical viability of the design;
Be involved with construction logistics: design modular layouts and construction phasing with validation from the logistics area, ensuring construction execution according to company assumptions;
Also work on the Project Execution phase: develop, design, and coordinate site layouts and towers, covering architecture discipline through to Construction Release;
Address questions and details during the Post-Construction phase.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism;
Advanced expertise with AutoCAD;
Basic knowledge of Revit/Civil/3D tools;
Proficiency with Office suite.
