Collect and analyze large volumes of data, prepare strategic reports for business areas, and automate database processing to support decision-making.
Develop new indicators to inform and guide decision-making with a focus on reducing healthcare costs.
Prepare executive presentations that clearly and concisely translate evaluated data to facilitate decision-making.
Research and stay up to date on the supplementary healthcare sector.
Conduct studies on the operation of medical and healthcare systems, as well as population, political, environmental, and cultural behaviors that affect the supplementary healthcare sector in Brazil.
Produce statistical and predictive models using clustering and classification techniques, develop (or recommend) algorithms, and perform data exploration.
Map coherence aspects across diverse knowledge domains, identify emerging key elements, and propose the incorporation of innovative elements into practical activities.
Build customized dashboards to automate recurring analyses.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Software and Tools: Microsoft Office (advanced) and Google Workspace.
Technical Skills: Programming languages (Databricks / SQL).
Analytical Profile: Strong analytical mindset and critical data analysis skills.
