Serve as the face of Renalogic to assigned clients
Manage the end-to-end client experience
Take accountability for new-client implementation
Collaborate with clients to ensure all clinical teams receive the client information necessary
Ensure client information is entered and updated in relevant systems
Distribute regular program reporting and present value and impact to clients and stakeholders
Engage groups through client stewardship meetings, on-site events, and relationship-building activities
Report on client KPIs and distribute quarterly client reports to key client contacts
Develop relationships with key client contacts and other stakeholders
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
At least four years of relevant professional experience in contract management and client management within the health insurance industry
Experience in the self-funded health insurance space, with familiarity of brokerages, TPA, and stoploss is strongly preferred
Experience with Zoho or similar CRM systems is highly preferred
Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs
Strong technological skills, meaning you can effectively and efficiently use computers, peripheral equipment, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products
Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and navigate change
