Building and maintaining senior relationships with NHS England, regional hubs, and key stakeholders, acting as the trusted lead for the programme
Overseeing end-to-end contract delivery through multiple partners including test providers, technology integrators, and distribution providers
Driving performance by monitoring service delivery, ensuring KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met
Leading programme implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to regulatory requirements
Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business strategy, including expanding services and increasing programme uptake
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale programmes within the NHS or public sector
Scientific background (e.g. Biochemistry or similar) with an understanding of screening methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including NHS bodies, regulators, and senior leadership teams
Commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing significant budgets and delivering revenue and growth targets
Experience operating within multi-partner or 3PL/4PL environments, coordinating across multiple suppliers and service providers
The ability to analyse complex data, think strategically, and drive innovation and continuous improvement
