Train partners at points of sale, building commercial relationships with account contacts (dealerships: sales manager, salesperson, and, when possible, director);
Periodically map market practices and share findings with the team;
Hold regular meetings with partners to present results and initiatives to be developed;
Develop campaigns in cooperation with partners;
Provide and regularly review tools for calculating OL offers;
Provide technical support to partners;
Regularly analyze competitor developments;
Collaborate with other team members;
Deliver training to the dealership sales team;
Act as the support representative for the b2b2e product;
Build and develop long-term commercial relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, commercial studies and/or engineering;
Experience in fleet sales or in an automaker's captive finance or rental division;
At least 3 years' experience as a salesperson/account manager with proven field success (preferred);
Proficiency in MS Office;
Knowledge of the rental market is a plus;
English is a plus: conversational, phone and email skills;
Knowledge of the automotive industry and rental market, including awareness of competitors and trends;
Commercial skills, ability to present, persuade and negotiate, and demonstrate empathy;
Good understanding of basic economic indicators and analytical thinking;
Valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for work;
Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively;
Self-motivated professional with an ownership mindset; proactive and responsive.
