Senior Manager, Patient Services Vendors – Hub Aff, e-Services

Role Overview

• Oversee governance and operations of all enterprise-wide Patient Services vendor programs
• Ensure patient support program development and ongoing operations are executed to a high standard
• Facilitate relationships with third-party vendors ensuring quality and compliance
• Partner with Digital and Analytics to develop strategies for data acquisition
• Provide inputs to senior leadership on vendor selection and RFP process
• Contribute to continuous improvement infrastructure for program improvements
• Execute optimal program design standards for scaling patient services
• Consult on effective organizational and operating models for patient services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy/Operations/Program Management (preferred) or Biopharma Strategy/Management Consulting required
• Demonstrated success in a highly fast-paced setting
• Significant depth of experience in patient services vendor management, including establishing, monitoring, and evolving Patient Services Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience in presenting to senior leaders
• Ability to receive and implement direction from senior colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
• Commitment to receiving development and coaching from leadership.
