About this role
Role Overview
Driving measurable revenue growth through government contracting
Owning the full growth lifecycle across federal, state, and local government agencies
Building and managing a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Leading end-to-end government sales including opportunity identification, capture, pricing, negotiation, and close
Establishing disciplined sales operating rhythms, KPIs, and performance reporting
Leading pre-RFP capture activities including agency engagement and solution shaping
Identifying and commercializing adjacent markets including healthcare, workforce, education, private, and technology-enabled services
Building revenue-generating partnerships with government agencies and private firms
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure offerings are executable and profitable
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of senior leadership in government sales or business development with a proven record of closing state, local, or federal contracts.
