Document, monitor, measure, and assess the impact of architecture changes
Develop KPIs and OKRs to maintain consistency and measurement of various project initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
(ISC)² CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional
ISSAP – Information Systems Security Architecture Professional
7+ years of experience leading enterprise and solution architecture in complex, regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
3+ years of experience leading, mentoring or managing technical teams
Experience architecting and integrating enterprise and clinical technology platforms at scale
Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders on enterprise technology initiatives
