Project Director – Qualitative

Role Overview

• Manage international market research projects through entire project lifecycle
• Ensure client satisfaction and project financial goals are at core of decision making
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications
• Programming, translations, overlays and testing
• Project launch execution and analysis
• Fieldwork management
• Ensure market research participants have a positive project experience
• Provide to client the agreed deliverables within expected timelines and quality
• Support in the training and management of Junior Project Managers and/or Recruiters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
• Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work well meet deadlines and under pressure
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
