As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in building a scalable enablement ecosystem that empowers our marketplace partners to independently and successfully use our platform.
You will work at the intersection of content, product, technical integrations and partner experience, creating modern learning and communication formats that drive real impact.
In this role, you will translate complex technical and operational processes into user-friendly and engaging content while continuously improving the partner onboarding journey.
Requirements
You build and own a scalable Knowledge Base as the central enablement product for our marketplace partners.
You create engaging learning formats such as step-by-step guides, video tutorials, walkthroughs and troubleshooting flows.
You collaborate closely with the Technical Integration Team to transform onboarding insights into practical and easy-to-understand content.
You analyze content performance, onboarding efficiency and support requests to continuously improve self-service offerings and partner experience.
You contribute to faster partner activation and stronger feature adoption through effective content and communication strategies.
