About this role
Role Overview
- The Commercial Finance Analyst will be the analytical and transactional backbone of the new Commercial Finance function.
- This role supports pricing, forecasting, revenue analysis, creator economics, and the accuracy of commercial data across HubSpot and Waves.
- It is a hands-on role working daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Support the creation and maintenance of pricing tools, rates, calculators, and templates.
- Maintain underlying forecast models (pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules).
Requirements
- 1-2 yrs of commercial finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or agency finance experience.
- Strong modeling/Excel/Sheets skills.
- Comfortable working directly with Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent data hygiene discipline.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM is beneficial.
- Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
