Role Overview
- Conduct high-quality, time-efficient audits within the allocated budget in complex areas
- Identify key risks and assess the control environment using data analytics
- Prepare clear and meaningful audit reports highlighting key findings
- Coach and train line managers and cultivate relationships and an open environment
- Contribute to the development of the audit function (tools, processes and methodology)
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA or CISA
- Several years of professional experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance at banks or audit firms
- Audit experience in finance, accounting, process reviews or analytics
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fluency in German and English
