Role Overview

• Provide exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and finding solutions to issues related to our products and services.
• Deliver outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients to helping them adopt our tools.
• Handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every client.
• Contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
• Assist in selling products or services that may better meet clients’ needs.
