Direct, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster ongoing skill development.
Design and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, resolve complex challenges, and participate in major negotiations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Allocate territories and resources to maximize coverage and business opportunities.
Execute sales plans, assign responsibilities, monitor results, and drive hiring and promotion decisions to build a high-performing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with an emphasis on business-to-business or mid-market sales
Deep understanding of sales operations, product offerings, and market dynamics.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and team development within a sales organization.
Proven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in a competitive, complex business environment.
