Provide day-to-day support for communications and associate engagement across Upstream Facility Services.
Help maintain core communication tools and resources.
Support recurring updates and key touchpoints.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and calendars.
Assist with recognition and engagement efforts, gather and track feedback.
Keep team documentation organized.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence.
Strong skills in documenting business requirements and creating clear, actionable reports.
Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and presentation design abilities.
Demonstrated project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
Ability to evaluate financial data, key performance indicators, and trends.
