About this role
Role Overview
Full-cycle sales: cold outreach, lead qualification, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Field sales & direct sales: regular client meetings in Munich, Berlin, and other DACH locations.
Follow-up & pipeline management: you drive deals independently through to closing.
Networking: you leverage events, referrals, and ad-hoc conversations to generate new leads.
Market development: you contribute ideas to further optimize our sales strategies.
Requirements
Junior level: 1–2 years' experience in sales, business development, customer support, or a similar field.
Enjoy direct customer contact (phone, digital & on-site).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Mid level: 2+ years' experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record in full-cycle sales (from cold outreach to contract closing).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
Fluent German; good command of English.
High degree of ownership, hands-on mentality, and a closing mindset.
