Requirements
3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to perform in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Track record of success in high-volume, high-pressure hiring
Sharp judgment and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
Comfortable adopting new technologies quickly and approaches recruiting with an AI-forward mindset
