Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies
Create compelling, differentiated product messaging tailored to distinct buyer groups
Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with demand generation on execution
Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints
Produce high-quality sales assets including pitch decks and brochures
Maintain updates of competitive battlecards and objection-handling guidance
Define and evolve beqom’s USPs in collaboration with Product
Create monthly analysis and progress reports on product marketing activity
Design and deliver field enablement programmes that support product launches
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams for successful product launches

Proven experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B tech
Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys
Demonstrable experience crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market for portfolio products
Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning
Strong customer-centric mindset
Proven stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience in the HR tech space or selling into HR and Finance buyers (bonus)
Fluent in French (bonus)
