Role Overview

• Determine overall vision, mission, direction, goals, and objectives of the Division
• Direct strategic planning process and establish long-range goals
• Oversee integration of division operations within BWH and MGH
• Ensure compliance with all hospital, government, and funding agency policies
• Supervise faculty and staff administrative issues concerning human resources
